Hi dudes.
Any thoughts on Cheech being \"expendable\"..Rambo 2 style.. now that Setoguchi seems to be sticking on the Thorton line?I \'m sure I\'m stretching a bit here but if I could replace cheech with setoguchi I could reap a Kovalchuck in return. I would also give up Backstrom for Fleury but I\'m deep in Goal. Thanks for any replies. Tim

So just to clarify:
It would be: Cheechoo and Backstrom for Setoguchi, Kovalchuk and Fleury? If that\'s the deal then DO it yesterday! I\'d take just Kovalchuk alone for both of those 2 guys. |

haha...no man...even better. I keep setoguchi.
My H2H only allows for 1 goalie and I alread have Lunny. But there are lots of goalie stats and when the playoffs arrive (Yahoo) its good to have 2 workhorse goalies just in case the NYR only play twice when you have a semi final week. This guy is desperate for goaltending so I\'m trying to Brian Burke his ass but being out east, I\'m just curious if Setoguchi has any shot at sticking on that Thorton line...

So the deal would be Cheechoo and Backstrom
for Kovalchuk and Fleury, with you keeping Setoguchi? In a heartbeat! Who cares if Setoguchi sticks or not, you\'re still going to win this trade. I think Setoguchi has less of a chance of sticking as Cheechoo has of returning to the line unless by some miracle the team starts winning. |

Pull the trigger. Setoguchi may the flavor of the week but Kovie is the real catch here. I dont like Fleury but he will get every opportunity to fail in Pittsburgh if you are deep in goal it is a no-brainer.
