I have gonchar, murphy and burns on my team, and my goalies are dipietro, backstrom, budaj, and toivonen. we start 2 D and 2 goalies a day (i dont need toivonen, more of in case dipietro didnt come back).



good trade or no? i guess i would have to hope gerber gets traded or falls from grace and emery takes over again.


we do contract years, 15 years per team delegated to whoever you want for however many you want.....i have gonchar under contract for two years (this year and next). i could pick up corvo and/or hamerlik off of free agents, but gonchar is my solid d-man.

Based on what you have told us I think I would likely hold onto Gonchar. He gets going and it is lights out - I don\'t see Emery being a lot better than the goaltending you have now. But even if he is by a bit I would think Gonchar gives you more.
