I really like Staal but I wouldn\'t do it. I know the sharks (especially cheechoo) are horrible for fantasy owners but I just have a big feeling come March/April you\'d be kicking yourself for this trade. They\'re notorious late starters.

i wouldn\'t do that deal, if you hold out for long enough SJ will start to click, as good as staal is he won\'t outscore thornton, and i see by the end of the year cheech and kariya to be pretty close and ponikarvosky is in and out of the top line just like stafford so i would consider that more of a wash, i would keep what you have because thornton and cheechoo are one of the dynamic duos in the league, the same thing was happening last year where they hardly produced and cheech was moving lines and suddenly they clicked and went nuts.
