I was looking to move one of my top goalies (either Brodeur or Kiprusoff) plus some of my mid tier players for an upgrade with my skaters...

The guy I was targeting was Kane. I also see the the same owner has D Sedin and may sell low given his crappy goalie situation (Vokoun, Conklin, Roloson and Khabi).

My thought was to offer Brodeur, Langenbruner, and one more skater for his Kane and Sedin.

If I threw in, say, Stastney or LeCavelier, is that a fair offer?

I think if you throw in Lecavalier or Statsny you probably don't need to have Langenbrunner in there. At least to start off.

Despite Vinny's lack of goals you're still giving he's still a solid return in many of the stats in your league (especially since your PPG and PPA are separated) and the fact that you're offering Brodeur really helps his goalie stats which look to make up 40% of the scoring in your league.

Not suggesting lowballing the guy, but I really don't think that you need to send all the troops right away on this one. Vin/Statsny and Brodeur for Kane and Sedin isn't completely a trade to scoff at for a guy with goalie troubles. Hopefully he thinks about it for a bit, and if he's not into it, then throw in Langenbrunner.
