3. Where do you see Vladmir Zharkov fantasy-wise, this season and in the next few?
4. I currently have Huet and Howard as my goaltending duo - this is a salary-cap pool with W's, SO's, OTL's and points being the only stats worth anything. Huet is earning plenty of points on the stacked 'Hawks, but do you see him as permanently holding the starting job in Chicago and getting plenty of W's or is he a risk to lose the job? And as for Howard, do you think he can earn his way to 30-40 starts this season or stealing the starter job entirely from Osgood, this season or next?
Plenty of questions, I know. Thank you very much for doing this though! You've really helped to enrich my fantasy hockey knowledge.
this season... 25 goals, 20-25 assists, 50 points. Long term he may get hot and have a 65-70 point season...but I'd have him between 45-55 each year.
Not sure... he will get close. Bouwmeester and Regehr are both more defensive guys - Dion is just slumping offensively.
Don't know a ton about him, but I wouldn't get too excited yet - Devils will develop him slowly ala Bergfors.
I have Huet as well, and Niemi's play has really scared me - he definitely can lose the job down the stretch. Howard is a solid goalie, he'll probably see that number of starts (at least) this season. Wings will bring in a goalie for next, me thinsk.
