I don\'t know, Richards is just as good as Vanek and he\'s doing better. You\'d have to get more if you were buying low. Richards has 100 point potential.

richards will outscore vanek, year in year out, with no positional requirements and no bonus points for PP, GWG why make this move keep richards

i disagree, its only a matter of time before richards slows down, he had a good start he could get 90, but thats at a C position where there is lots of deapth. vanek is at a LW position where u go past the first 10 LW\'s theres really not that many solid players, try and get vanek for richards if you can. also depends on how long the league is, vanek is much younger.

As an owner of both, I would originally have said Vanek.
Hot + slow starts aside though, Richards is a bit more proven. He\'s a 1st-line center on most teams, plays on a vicious PP, and also gets shorthanded time. As is mentioned, Vanek is a future 90+ point player in my eyes, but he\'s got his steps to take. The only real strike against Richards are his linemates and \"2nd line time\".
