I have grabbed 19 + wins so far and am -2 on G played.

I pretty much have D lined up and cornered. Should I pop this trade and fill my C up before the break and try D+C combo trades for top goalies down the stretch?

I could prolly also swap one or two decent D men for one or two 2nd or 3rd goalies?

Last place idk. Been in this league for a few years goalies hold huge value near trade deadline.

Based on that I'd say no. You need scoring help, but I wouldn't rely on Anderson and Nitty as your only goalies. Anyone on your wire like say Halak, Giguere, Auld, etc that you could scoop up after a deal?

Seems odd doesn't it.

With your team, I would try to sell high on Anderson before giving up Nabokov. At the same time, if your giving up a G to someone who has 5 already, get one back. Mason is having a horrible start but should recover from that, try getting him at his lowest.

So I'd try to swing a deal that involved you sending Anderson and receiving Mason. As for Kopitar, try combining say Carle (another sell high) or Rafalski and Krejci.

So you'd be looking at this:

Anderson, Krejci and Rafalski (or Carle)
for
Kopitar and Mason

It might sound crazy but I've seen crazier!

His status update says Mason is perma banned. I might consider countering for Mason/Kopitar.

This would give me 3 top 10 fowards in this early season.
With Kessel (10 sog tonite) and Hossa weening back & Krejci sleeping i hope?.

I picked up DePietro and Giggy off waivers to sit on IR yesterday after the offer and dropped Alud.

edit that will put me over the limit by 2-3 (depending on clearance) including my IR
