This seems like a bit of a no brainer to me, except for 1 thing. Plus minus.

Here\'s my thoughts.


Jokinen - Has started slowly, should pick it up. Great for goals. Shots are not included in this league. Is a -3 right now but has anyone out there been watching Florida games and can tell me if he\'s going to turn it around.

Campoli - Not a fan. Might get me some points but could very well kill me in +/-. Maybe just drop him and pick up a guy like Kubina/Streit/Martin/Greene??

A Markov - My other defencemen are Bieksa, Visnovsky and Murphy. Can I really afford to lose Markov?

Koivu - Hot start, but history says he can\'t possibly keep it up.

Am I missing anything or do I just do this deal?

I love Jokinen, can only give Habs perspective with knowledge though.

Habs fan, Koivu had almost 1 ppg last season, with very good winger Higgins out a lot of games with injury, and playing injured to end the season, Koivu had rookie Latendresse on wing for a while, and even had Janne Niniima and Mark Streit on wing for a dozen games...!!!
If Koivu plays 80 games, look for minimum 75-80 points, in today\'s new nhl, with good PP emphasis.

Higgins is today\'s Mark Pavelich, only better, he makes that line click very well.

Markov had 49 points with pretty solid PP time but with Souray still being the PP focus, with Koivu and Kovalez on Souray\'s side feeding him (less points for Markov, who plays left D)

Should Markov play 80 games, look for at least an increase to 55 points, and considerably more goals then last season, as he is not the PP quarterback, and taking offensive runs.
Me thinks 12+/55 for Markov is solid, again, with PP emphasis.

imo, Habs a better defensive team then last year, look for Koivu to be even to plus 5, Markov plus 10 to 15.
