Will it be a good bet to build around the Coyotes? I currently have Doan, Turris, Bodeker, Mueller, Jovanovski, Bryzgalov, Poter, and MacLean on one of my fantasy teams (details in my sig).

Thanks Angus.

Chris Bourque - your prediction for how he does in Pittsburgh.

I wouldn't expect more than 50 or 55 points. I think Tortorella likes delegating his PP time to certain players, and Drury isn't one of those. He is great around the net with deflections and rebounds, though.

Thanks !
Playing the odds as a rookie on a pretty deep club, I'd say a demotion is more likely... but he could definitely stick for the full year. Benn doesn't wow you with his size or skating, but he can flat out shoot the puck and has a terrific nose for the net. A natural, if you will. These guys (Parise, Booth), provided they work hard, have a way of becoming very good players.

Would you give up 2 or 3of the following guys for Thorton in a 20/26 keeper league:

Oshie, Berglund, Okposo, Mueller, Purcell.
What do you mean by 20/26?

Any combo of Oshie/Purcell/Mueller (preferably not Oshie/Mueller together) I'd do.

What is your goalie situation like now? Michalek.

Luongo?

Definitely a good time of year to make a deal.

Maybe wait a few games and ask me again. Tough to get a read after 2-3 games.

same league, would you take Enstrom or Coburn over Selanne, assuming he's going to retire after this year? Rafalski, Kaberle, Souray, and Visnovsky are my current D, with Hedman being called up next year. Gaborik, St.Louis, Giroux, Backes, and Selanne are my current RW.

Thanks again!
I like JDD as a goalie, but he won't be starting. Sit on Niemi for a few weeks and see. Sounds like DiPietro could return by December.

I'd go for Enstrom, I really like ATL offensively this year, even if he is now off the top PP unit.

Q: With Schneider on the mend, how will his return effect Shane O'Brien's playing time?

I was lucky enough to snag O'Brien in the closing rounds of all three of my leagues this year as a top PIM option on the blueline, but he won't do me any good if he's in the Canucks press box!

Thanks!
It bumps O'Brien to the press box. Who else can you replace him with? I don't see him repeating the PIM numbers of last year, he really slowed his PIM numbers down in the stretch, thanks to less stupid penalties. He will still fight, but often has a tough time finding a willing partner.
