I'm currently in a one year points pool. The format is quite simple, points and power play points are worth 1 each (i.e. score a powerplay goal = 2 points). There are 10 teams in my pool and my defense consists of Streit, Whitney, Suter, and Barker. I know its early in the season to make moves and I'm not one to usually do that, but I feel like one of the players will be gone soon (especially Burns). I'm thinking of dropping Barker, only because I feel like the power play time will be split between him Keith and Seabrook. I have either Goligoski or Burns to replace him if I choose to drop. I'm leaning towards droping Barker for Burns because Burns will defn get the power play time and I think he's due for a bounce back year. I'm also a pens fan and I know what Goligoski is capable of, but I feel like Burns is the safer play with more experience and ice time. Opinions? Thanks in advance!

haha we both have whitney and streit NY, great minds think alike! i know its been one game but a player of Burns' quality doesn't stay on the waiver wire for long. if i had to make a move for him it would have to be asap. i also noticed barker only logd 11min of ice time?? what happened? doesn't Barker share PP time with Seabrook and Keith? any more thoughts? thanks for the advice NY.

Cam Barker from what it seems is in the doghouse. Playing 3rd line dpair and barely any PPtime. Looks like a changing of the guard in Chicago. Seabrook and Campbell are running the PP. Picked Barker up hoping for good things after last year. Looks like Burns would be a more ideal choice.Too much good dmen in Chicago. Barker is lost in shuffle.
