Team in sig- am I selling too much youth?

My dad thinks yes- I think winning would be sweet and this helps a lot imo!

The deal is Arnott/Erickson for Goli/Duchene to a re-building gm. Then I would be able to swap Fleischmann or Fedetonko for Del Zotto or Stralman on waivers.

Not quite sure why you would want Arnott in this deal? 1. He is not an upgrade at your C position and 2. He will miss some time due to injury at some point this season.
