You know what I thought was kind of a jerk move?? McGuire mentions Toskala and how he feels seeing that save!! Psh no need to kick a guy when he's down.

When I look at the leg extension involved in that save from the overhead camera it's not the distance the leg covers, but the angle at which it travels from his body to the post. It's insanity. He cuts off angles like I've really never seen before...his style is unique for sure.

Beautiful save. McGuire is impossible to figure out. Says some great stuff sometimes and then he'll throw together a couple games of just making up stupid stuff like tonight. In the Flames/Oilers game the other night he also made a point of talking about how overpaid Hemsky was on the Oilers. I am one of the first to talk about the BAD contracts on the Oilers but Hemsky's is one of the best. What an idiot sometimes.
