i think this kids talent will be apparent in the playoffs if he can remain with kariya/forsberg
if you\'re able to pick him up for any playoff pools in the later rounds... would be well worth it.

I think you\'re probably right richardparknation (great handle)
I too have been burned depending on other poolies to be dumb. It would have worked too...if I didn\'t get into the beer the night before and then start blabbing about Paul Stastny to a guy that wouldn\'t have known the difference between Paul Stastny and Anton Stastny! The next day that same guy grabbed him one pick before me in the third round and I was stuck with Andrew Ladd. Point is - don\'t take the risk with the good ones

dobbs - thanks
lol that sucks! pick stealing is a huge pet peeve, i had my playoff list last year with havlat and hemsky in the later rounds. i went to the bathroom, low and behold to find out that the guy infront of me (had the wrap around) took both in the same order.

NEVER GO TO THE WASHROOM DURING A DRAFT!! If you must go, bring your list/laptop with you. That was an expensive lesson to learn for you. You likely would have won the pool with Hemsky as a late rounder. I don\'t see how Havlat could have lasted that late though.

I drafted Radulov at the draft and later ended up moving him. I\'m not sorry about the trade though, regardless of how well Radulov does in the future...
The deal I made was the following: Radulov Liles Bryzgalov for Marleau Semin Zidlicky Semin and Marleau solidified my LW and C spots and the Zidlicky for Liles is a wash in my book. Bryzgalov is a good up and coming goalie (especially if Anaheim ends up getting rid of Giguere) but I have know regrets about this deal.
