rocket - I have him and I have a busy off-season trying to make room on my roster to keep him. I need to move guys like Havlat, J.Staal, and possibly Stastny and/or Backstrom (goalie) in order free up a slot but I\'m confident it\'s worth it. This guy better not turn out to be another enigma (i.e. Zherdev).

I\'m under A-Rad\'s spell even though i don\'t own him... Is this crazy?- Richards, Souray, Blake (me re-building) for his Kopitar, Radulov, Campbell- he is serious playoff contender. The verdict? A resounding no! The trade wasn\'t up twenty minutes before he rejected it (no counter)

Alexander Radulov is a beast. Don\'t worry, he\'ll be a superstar in this league, just give him time - it won\'t be long. I was upset he wasn\'t getting more playing time, but he\'s now becoming an important part of a packed Preds\' team and you see he\'s the real thing. And the fact that they\'re bringing him slowly, not rushing anything, may be a blessing, I think. This way, I can\'t see him being subject to the sophomore jinx or stuff like that. He earns his ice time, looks hungrier and hungrier...
I\'ve been priviledged enough to see him play here in Quebec for two years. The guy is not only amazing : he\'s a game-breaker too, and his will now equals his talent. That was not the case when he first arrived in North America, he looked kind of sloppy at times, but being coached by Patrick Roy certainly changed that. Like I once wrote on these boards, he\'s not only tremendously skilled now ; he\'s also a warrior. What can we expect in his prime ? Well, I\'d say 40-45 goals, 50-55 assists, somewhere between 90-100 points. Maybe more, but let me be conservative here ; because of my name, some people could think I overrate the kid, which is not the case. |

Dobber placed his career potential at 130 points in the mid-season update...as a Radulov owner (and a preds fan) I would LOVE to see that!

if he gets the ice he deserves he will crack 70 next season, no doubt in my mind. 15 Gino\'s and 33 pts in 58 games while getiing 8-10 mins of ice is impressive in itself. i also own him and it has driven me nuts to see the way trotz has handled him. i understand the preds are deep but at times he has had fiddler on a scoring line over alex. he has proven not to be a defensive liability (plus 22) yet trotz has made him fight, scratch and claw for every opportunity. whether you are in your rook season or your a 10 yr vet, some players are in the league to check and others are there to score. rads is there to score. let the fans enjoy him and don\'t ruin his sopomore yr like you ruined his rookie season. very sensitive topic for me.

I\'m trying to decide if my fellow poolies are smart enough to pick him up early in the draft if I don\'t protect him. I can only protect 8 players and since his ppg wasn\'t great this past year, I\'m hoping he\'ll slip down to 4th overall which is where I will likely be picking.

I have some dumb fellow poolies in my league (who would miss a player like Radulov) too but it is a dangerous game DEPENDING on them to be dumb. I have been burned in the past so from now on I protect the player \'I\' think are best rather then guessing what 11 other guys might think.
