Default Who gets the best deal?

Team A: Turris, Filatov, and Eriksson

Team B: H. Sedin, Frolov and Pominville

Does one Team deserve draft pick compensation to balance?

Well I think it great depends on where your team is headed. I personally would probably take Team B if it matched the rest of my team.

Yeah Turris and Filatov are huge prospects but they wouldn't be putting up 80+ points for awhile as Sedin will.

I would really like a lot more information about the league, scoring etc to answer that question with any certainty.

For the next couple of years Team B will gain the most in points production I think, that's a pretty solid and not old crew. Team A has a lot of potential but it will take a while to play out and I am not sure it will ever produce enough to say that down the road it will be that much better.

I guess it looks like a lot of name hype could favor the Turris side, but frankly I think for now the Sedin side is clearly better and should get a pick from the other side.

Shoeless nailed it...again. Team B is proven and has some youthful talent as well. Filatov and Turris haven't proven (and may never prove it) that they can become the player Sedin is.

the team A package as good as it looks would need a draft pick for me to take it, there is always a risk in young hype so a draft pick (of any type would be needed).

Also as Shoe said alot depends on the makeup of the elague and teams involved, if Team A is rebuilding then grab the package but get draft picks involved as well.

Eriksson(if it is the detroit Dman) is the wild card here, he really stepped up in the playoffs and might grow even more next year.

If it is Lou well then don't expect too much more than what you got from him last year in terms of growth.

Neither Eriksson is on my list of guys who are going to win you any fantasy leagues soon.

As far as Team B goes I only consider Sedin as a consistent threat. Pomminvillel and frolov are both pretty streak players i would trade 2 players that have 100 point potential and erikson who has yet to reach his prime for a proven consistent performer and to streakers.

EDIT: what i meant was i think Team A is better.

It really depends on how deep the league is and how the league is scored. My leagues are relatively shallow with only 100 forwards starting, so this would be a landslide win for Team B. In my leagues, the Team A guys won't start for at least another year, so they are just using up a bench spot. It's tough to give up 80 points to use up two bench spots for a year.

When there are more then one player with the same last name in the league it's helpful to specify who you are talking about. There are 4 "Eriksson's" listed on TSn.ca so it's hard to tell who you mean.

People could be giving you advice assuming it's Dallas' Loui Eriksson, and it could actually be the Flyer's goalie prospect Joacim Eriksson.
