If it were me I would probably take the deal. I think Carolina will bounce back with a decent season and Cam will get the majority of starts while Emery will be recovering from a wrist injury and at the very least Ottawa will want to showcase Gerber for a trade or he might win the job.

Between Staal and Maxim I think Stall will have a good campaign but if Maxim is healthy I think he will be right there with Stall in points.

I have to disagree completely with Sin Bin. As he said, Carolina will have a decent season and that will be directly cause of Eric Staal. I see 90-100 points for him. Maxim can be great but until he plays a healthy season I would stay away. Emery for Ward is a toss up at best.
