New Keeper league. 14 teams, H2H, Points based, goal scorers much more valuable than setup guys. Goalies are huge and an all-around player who gets PIM\'s and has a good +/- is huge...bad +/- is really bad. Daily lineups.

Keeper aspect: each team can keep six keepers each year and you can keep a player for 3 years (so players drafted can play for four years if they are good enough. To keep a player you give up a pick 3 rounds earlier (no players drafted in top 3 rounds can be kept, but you can keep someone in the first three rounds - IE if you drafted a 5th rounder from the previous year you can keep him in rd 2 if wish)

Your team looks ok. You definitely look better for the future then for right now. You are going to have to work on your defence before you start to compete as well. Either by trade or during the next couple of years of draft picks. You probably won\'t compete for a few years.

Just a quickie for you Parker - getting feedback is an art - clear and concise information about your league - crisp roster layout - more horizontal than vertical - not too much editorializing in the post and a clearly stated question about what you want feedback on - can really go a long way to encouraging people to take the time to analyze your team and give constructive feedback. I would also trash your signature stuff - it tends to distract from the issue at hand.

Your league is a little complex and your team is a little large so it would be time consuming and not easy to sort things out, to give you worthwhile feedback. Because of that, I will likely just avoid posting a comment because there would be no depth to it - you don\'t need trash from me. Simplify and focus me on a more specific question and then I can see a boundary to work within and am more likely to do it. As things sit here - I feel a little overwhelmed at where to start.
