What\'s up fellas?

Ever since I picked up J. Stoll as advised to do so against my will by various websites, but especialy Dobber, he has been money in the bank! He has scored points at a pace that is up there with the top round drat picks.

However, as of late I\'m not sure what to make of his potential for the rest of the year...Last night, especially, when I watched the Kings win in dramatic fashion against the Dallas Stars 4-3 in OT without ANY Stoll helpers.

In a game like this before, Stoll would be in the center of the action.

On top of that he only had 11 minutes of ice time, while Hanndzus, another Center, gets much more ice time, power play time, and a hat trick! Let me netion, Stoll is not injured!

Stoll is not on the same line and doesn\'t seem to have the same level of significance in the offense. I\'m not sure if this will be the case for the remainder of the season considering the Kings are all but out of the playoffs and my fantasy team is the top seed!

I can drop Stoll and pick up anyone at any position, it really wouldn\'t matter. There are guys like Stamkos, Federov, B. Laich, M. Stajan, Domonik Moore, R.J. Umberger, and Antione Vermette who is a (C, LW)just not sure how he will mesh in Columbus.

Most of the big guys that got traded aren\'t available with the exception of those named above. Some of the smaller names are as you can see. I know that Peter Mueller (C,RW) is available in my league and people are saying he will get more oppurtunity and more poinmts since Jokinen left the \'Yotes. He is owned in a little less than half the leagues.

If you were to name a player that is owned in less than 30% of leagues he is mosy likely available in my Yahoo league.

Any advicde here??? Should I just hold on to J. Stoll or pick up another player like Vermette, Stajan, D. Moore, Umberger, Federov, or even Berglund and roll with both St. Louis\' C\'s!

Couple of thoughts...

JJ didn\'t get any special teams ice last night either so I\'m not sure if that game was a sign of things to come or some tweaking...riding the apparent hotter hands if you will.

Most of the names you rattled off don\'t really ring my bell much and I\'d prefer, at least for a couple more games, to ride with Stoll and see if he can\'t gain that top PP time back.

Berglund is interesting, but MacDonald\'s return has slowed him down quite a bit. If Stamkos is available I\'d be all over that right now. We haven\'t seen Vermette play in CLB yet so I\'m slow to buy any hype there. Moore\'s value can\'t be any higher than it was in TOR.

It\'s Stamkos or hold Stoll for me.

It\'s kind of ironic because due to fear of the next man picking up Stamkos for the same reasons I have concerns about J. Stoll going forward (younger players getting more ice time and 1st Power Play time on teams virtually out of the playoff race) I picked up Stamkos and dropped and dropped Stoll.

I know now that I have both TB centers, which isn\'t exactly outstanding for what will probably be the number one seed in my 12 team league, but there are a few decent pickups available at the position in case it desn\'t work out for the time being...and it isnt like I am restricted to Center. I already have Vinny, Andy Mac, and Jared Staal (PIT). I can picl up anyone at ANY postion in favor of Stamkos. But like you, my friend, I like his talent and increased ice time, Stamkos I\'m speaking of.

Our playoff rule is one add/drop per day or you are disqualified (in case it is a rare situation such as an injury or demotion) and they begin not this monday but next Monday March 9th. If someone is proone to go on a hot streak, I\'ll be all on it. The research is what got me to be the number 1 seed with what seems like a mediocre team (picking up the hot hand and riding him until he has nothing left for whatever reason).

Steve Ott is on waivers right now and will clear on the 9th. Anyone think I should put a claim for him? His 110 PIMS are intriguing and I don\'t ecactly have a team of brutes.

I can still grab any of those other guys - so if any of you out there thinks I should go elsewhere, PLEASE let me know...thanks fellas

I like sitting on Stoll here: he will get his ice and is a big part of this Kings team. One of the best faceoff men in the league, too, so he gets lots of shifts. Also has a booming point shot that keeps a spot reserved on their PP...his numbers might slip a little but not by much.

I would definitely put in a waiver claim on Ott as well. You\'re right - you need the PIM help. I would drop Zednik or Staal for him

Thanks Crispy. I agree that I do need the PIM minutes and I hated dropping Stoll...he helped me get to this point a lot.

My signature at the moment doesn\'t have M. Recchi on it who I picked up as well for Blake Wheeler.

I will most likely put in a waiver claim for both players which one I\'m sure to get. I will probably put it in for Stoll while watching the Kings game vs. Minnesota Saturday closely to see if the reduced ice time for Stoll continues while doing further research to figure out why (if the case occurs)...
