Vermette is in his 4th year in the NHL, which is also a contract year. As Angus has pointed out in Dobber\'s draft guide the coaching situation is such that Vermette could even have an outside chance of lining up on the top line this year.

Do not trade him away for Roszival or you could very well regret it.

i would also keep vermette. vermette is actually being labelled top line already. it looks like he has the job sured up (barring an awful trainingg camp). keep in mind though, that a bunch of players are rumored to be considered for that spot. even alfredsson should get a solid 20 games in that slot. eaves will battle for it....but bottomline: vermette should get a minimum of 50 points.

rozsival is ggoing to be in a contract year this year or next, either way he wont be on the rags afterwards. turns out their entire defense becomes free agents the same offseason...little known fact actually but same year lundqvist is a RFA i think. theyre in for a tough off-season. whatever, go with vermette.
