Is there any way to delete those darn double posts glitches? Also, is there a reason why this happens?

sometimes if it freezes and/or if you took awhile posting...or just for no reason at all, the system stutters. Don\'t know why it happens...but it happens more with older computers and weaker connections. My computer is new and my modem is high-speed ultra, so it hasn\'t happened to me in several months...
