Jordan Leopold or Cory Murphy - Fantasy Sports Forums

Hello All,

I have Jordon Leopold but I am starting to lose faith in him. Cory Murphy is available and likely not on any of the other GM\'s radar. Dobber thinks their upsides are close but Leopold\'s injury history scares me. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hello beaker:

What is there to lose? What would be the downside of taking Murphy over Leopold? Leopold is not likely to change his game much while Murphy could be the highest scoring defenceman on his team. You have nothing to lose, in my opinion.

My thoughts.

I agree with hockeylifer. Take Murphy for sure. they will have similar numbers this year but Murphy has much more upside for the future. Its no brainer to go with murphy in my eyes.

i agree, murphy can be risky but between leopold and murphy, i would risk with murphy.

They are very close to me, but Murphy might explode a bit more then Leopold. So go with Murphy.
