One guy who was in last place last year (mainly because his team was underpreforming and not just plain bad) changed his name to \"Atlas\" midseason.
As in he was a titan greek god holding up the league. I thought it was an extremely humourous, interesting way at looking at the last place spot. He ended up making a run at the playoff crown in the second half (just barely lost in the championship matchup to me).

Well for me the team name i came up with was gold i thought.. but our commish did not pass it... THE BOSTON BAY TEA BAGGERS... I thought it was gold... to bad....
My team goes by the name Dreaded Rear Admirals.... had to have something less rude... but oh well... |
