Canada wins by 5 or 6 goals again today and Russia declines to come to Canada citing injuries. I wouldn\'t be surprised.

i swear, if i have to hear the numbskull announcers on TSN say the words \"passion\", \"skill\", or \"courage\" one more time I\'m going to lose it. Oh, and also, every single member of the canadian team is ready for the NHL according to these clowns.

I felt bad for the Russians today actually and good on them for showing an immense amount of class in a hostile while they are being embarrassed in a hostile environment. I must say they have passed my expectations thus far (not in skill but in maturity)

cmon cut them some slack. they havent had anything meaningful to do with hockey for the last couple months, theyre just as excited as we are about the season and just getting themselves ready. besides it\'s always nice when we get to see just how dominant we are. especially considering that just a couple years back everyone was screaming about how our system was faltering and we had no skill or talent and the other countries were pumping out all the quality stars. sit back, crack a brown pop and enjoy the show, it\'s just here to keep us occupied during the dead time of the offseason and besides, anytime we can lay a licking on another country for 8 games is a good thing even if it is boring it\'s still hockey. thats my rant.
