I think he\'ll stick around 40-45 points unless he claims a permanent spot on the PP. Right now he shares time with Ohlund and Salo both who are probably ahead of him on the PP depth chart. But with the way the PP has been working lately (which is an overstatement because it hasn\'t been) and Bieksa can step up and take control of that, then he has the potential to hit 50-55. Vancouver has generally spread out the offense for our dmen since Jovo left simply because no one could really step up and earn more time, they\'ve always had a few who could put up a decent amount of points. I\'m sure he\'ll be given the chance to show what he can do, but until he claims that spot as the go to guy on the PP, I can\'t see him putting up too many more points than last year.

I would think anything more that 40 consistant points over the next couple years would be a bonus. I wouldn\'t bank on more, until he\'s proven not to be a one hit wonder.

I\'m hesitant with Bieksa also. If your pool counts PIM then I think you can\'t go wrong \'cause he plays with an edge. Count on more of the same for points.

Vancouver tends to ride whoever is playing hot on the point on the PP and they have a lot of OK offensively talented D-men to rotate through. I actually think if Salo ever played an entire season he might lead Vancouver D-men in scoring with his hard right-handed shot from the point.

I think the exact opposite. Bieksa is completely overrated, last year was an absolute dream season for him. Everything went right for him and his confidence soared and the media and fans drooled all over him. He is fun to watch and a great competitor but his offensive skills were maxed out last year. Prime candidate for sophomore slump even though it wasn\'t technically his rookie season, I\'ll be surprised if he repeats that point total again.

I\'m a Vancouverite, and if memory serves me, by about the midpoint of last season, Bieksa and Salo were the number 1 PP unit most nights, not Ohlund. I don\'t see Bieksa scoring too much more than he did last year, but I don\'t see a big drop coming either.

Yeah just to clarify I think he\'s locked in at 30-40 I don\'t see him dropping right off. Also being in Vancouver it\'s important to remember Vignault really rides the hot hand so no PP time is guaranteed for anyone.

50 points, 150 PIM. Should be an extremely valuable fantasy player.
