Default Hemsky or Perry

Who\'s better for long term fantasy points....I would think Perry (goals). My fanatsy pool is from PPG\'s, SHG\'s & GWG\'s...

This year I would take Hemsky...but Hemsky seems like 25 goals, 90 pts max and the Oilers are rebuilding right now. Perry seems like 35 goals 85-90 pts max...advantage Perry with the offensive upside???

Your thoughts and comments are appreciated. Thx.

In my opinion your jumping the gun on Perry for this year. There is no way he\'ll score 35 goals and have 85 points this year, maybe 2 or 3 years down the road. So Hemsky this year easily even with goals outweighing assists, but your right by looking at Perry over him in the near future.

Hemsky definitely has a better upside in regards of pts. However, he really depends on having a supporting cast, but it\'s realistic. Since you\'re looking for goals, the real question is in 2-3 years does 25G - 100PTS (for Hemsky) is not better then the 35G-90PTS (for Perry)?

I think I would go with Hemsky, hes proven and should opnly get better once he finally has someone to feed the puck to.
