First and foremost, you need to be able to be in montreal (canada) atleast once a year for a live draft. 50 dollars a year, however seeing as this is the first year of the draft, people need to pay 70 (50 this year, plus 20 for next years draft (next year you will only need to fork over 30).

Main rules are:
-Each team has a cap of 52 million (using players actual salaries)
-20 Players on each pro team (12 forwards, 6 defence, 2 goalies)
-A farm team that at the draft will consist of 8 players, and may become elastic after the draft.
-2 drops mandatory at the begining of the draft day each year for each team.
-Waiver drops and trades permitted.
-NO waivers during the offseason
-Waiver pick ups must be 24 years or older.
-2 IR spots on each team.
Points are 1 for a goal, 1 for an assist
Goalie pointage 2 for a win 5 for a shutout.
