Ok, I\'m in a bit of bind here. Ten team yahoo h2h 6x4 G,PTS,PPP,+/-,PIMs,GWG W,SV%,GAA,SO. We keep 8, so I don\'t think this pick will have much keeper consideration. we start 4 C, LW, RW..6D..2G. My team so far:
C S. Crosby A. McDonald RW M. St. Louis D. Alfredsson J. Iginla LW M. Straka D Sergei Gonchar Ryan Whitney G Marty Turco N. Backstrom Of the guys available right now, I\'m three picks away from picking again: Kaberle, Naslund(LW,RW), Langkow, Boyle, Rafalski, Prospal(C,LW), Huselius, Bouchard, Rolston(C,LW,RW), Recchi, Ray Whitney, Nagy, Tkachuck, Stillman, Souray, Pitkanen It would appear I need some LW help, but there are a ton of the same 60-70 point guys out there and will be for several more rounds. I\'m kind of thinking defense, even though I already have two great ones, because it appears that Boyle, Kaberle, and Rafalski are the best guys still around at any position. Langkow would be nice as well, but already have two centers. Dobber has Kaberle improving his production by 9 points this year and Boyle\'s falling off by five. Any explanation for this? Kabs or Boyle then Rafalski - slight edge for me for Kaberle but I think it is a saw-off for this year

Kaberle has proven himself as one of the top offensive D in the league over the past 5 years, cant go wrong there, but Rafalski on that Detroit PP looks pretty good to me

I should also note Souray and Pitkanen are also availble. But I am almost certain Souray will have more minuses than points  and Pitkanen is in the same boat. Still Kaberle, Boyle, rafalski in that order?

I kind of like Rafalski and Souray here..
I think Ralfie will have comparable numbers to Kaberle, but his +/- will be far above Kaberle\'s Souray will still get a lot of goals..his assist total will be around the same, but his +/- won\'t be great, but he will get 100+ pms as well |

I\'m in agreement with most here:
The obvious choice is Kaberle or Rafalski and I\'m leaning toward Rafalski. Having Niklas Lidstrom as a defensive partner is sure to bode well for your +/-. Good luck! Post edited by: digitalmonkey, at: 2007/08/13 23:05

Kaberle is my pick as well, but dont forget about Hal Gill. He doesnt play around.He\'s half crazy. He will throw someone into the boards and score a goal.
If Kaberle is gone, give Gill a try, because guess what? You just might be suprised. |
