I think Kane/Cherepanov are really close.

Hello Richz22 \'et al\'

I see it this way:

l. Kane
2. Esposito
3. Little
4. Cherepanov

Kane has the best chance of starting, with Chicago. If Esposito starts with Pittsburgh then his \'upside\' could be greater than that of Kane. Little might make the Atlanta team. If he does, then his \'upside\' could be enough to move him to #1, if he plays with Kovalchuk. All reports suggest that Kane is more ready than Little. Cherepanov is not going to be here for a year. So if immediate help is your need then I would go with the top 3. Of the 4, I like Cherepanov the most.

I hope I have helped you.

If Little plays well with Kovalchuk this year and becomes the #1 center full time, he\'ll become a 85 pt guy with 60-65 assists per season. I dont see Cherampanov having a ceiling past 70 pts. Esposito the sky is the limit but with his attitude still a problem no one knows how this kid will turn out. As for Kane he is the safest bet considering how well he can play with Toews, and with both of them being young and very talented, throw in Havlat(who last year was on pass for 100+ pts until he got injured) and you have an all-star line for many years to come.

So on the fact that little might play with kovalchuk my rank would be:

1A-Kane
1B-Little

3-Esposito

4-Cherampanov

If your pool favors goals, go with:
1. Kane - can score and feed
2. Little - no No. 1 in WSH, but he may be 1-2 years away
3. Cherepanov - such a wildcard
4. Espo - shouldn\'t have problems scoring in PIT

I love the situations that Cherepanov and Esposito are in. Both have extremely high ceilings where the sky is the limit on how much they can produce. I would grab either one of those two if I could.

2.Espo-- A peguin, cant go wrong with that, never mind the attitude
3. Cherry-- doesnt get a look until next year
4. little-- could be a sleeper.
