That is true. Though I would dare argue Tampa could use a solid goalie. Lindback hasn't been getting it done. Islanders need to figure something out for the future, NJ needs to as well, but Anderson isn't too young, either. That's a tough one.

It is a tough one! I don't think Stevie Y is going to make a drastic goalie move. He didn't expect Lindberg to be the star and said from the beginning he and Garon both have a shot. He's building a solid team in Tampa.

If I were Ottawa I would deal Anderson and get something great in return. I like both Lehner and Bishop.

Since when is 31 considered "OLD" for a goaltender? or not "Too Young".

Most goaltenders start to come into their prime in late 20's through mid 30's. Anderson just turned 31. He's got 5 or 6 quality years left in him "ATLEAST"...considering his physical shape and work ethic. The guys is a beast.

andy has two years (maybe three) left on his contract and not likely to be traded. Lehner will be the full time backup next season and i suspect Bishop gets traded in the off season...not before...as Lehner will go back to Bingo and give them a shot a the title in the AHL.
