I've said it before and I'll say it again, if you're happy with Kovalev-esque production then you might get what you're looking for in Grigs but to suggest that he's head and shoulders above these others implies that you see him being one of the top players in the league and I'll wager against that every day of the week.

Him being sent back to the Q is not a failure on his part, he realistically should have never played in the NHL past his 5th game this season. It's a case of the Sabres management turning more and more into a joke.

When it comes to prospects, if you really prefer the future 50 point player who could get into the 60s a few times (Gallagher) over the potential superstar (90+?) in Grigo, by all means do so. But two months ago Gallagher would have been laughed off of this list.... Is what amounts to a good 10-15 game stretch really enough to judge Gallagher more valuable than a player with twice the upside?
