Mulling over this trade before the deadline - Looking for some opinions. It's for the league in my signature. So it is heavier in peripherals than most with hits and blocked shots included.

My Quick + L. Schenn + 7th Round
His: Bryz + Seguin + 1st

L. Schenn is more valuable in my league then you would think from just looking at his name as he fills the stat sheet and has a ton of hits. He said he would do it for a 3rd instead of a 1st, but I only want the 1st to reassure I can draft a good goalie next season.

My keepers would change from: Quick, Rask, Landeskog, Ovy
To: Seguin, Rask, Landeskog, Ovy

We are both competing this year but I had a bad experience keeping two goalies this year and Quick hasn't been very reliable. Is this trade worth it, current and future?
