A big mistake by another GM and I was able to land Skinner via waiver pick 10. First off no one else claimed him which I thought was odd, but the guy that dropped him didn't realize he couldn't reclaim him until he cleared waivers. Huge mistake
 Now let's hope he fully recovers.
