Need some advice on a potential block buster. Team in signature. I plan to keep Crosby this year, making Stamkos available for the right offer. I won the 'ship last year, and am open to moving Stammer for a package that gives me the best chance to repeat. If i don't get the right package, i can always try to deal Stammer in the off season for a high draft pick.

I dont think I would do the deal. Why does keeping Crosby mean Stamkos is expendable? Do you only keep one player?

Stamkos is by far the better option than Ovie these days and while the other players coming over are good, I don't think it makes up the difference.

I dont like this deal for you. I would say no. Ovie is not the man he used to be and dont trade Stamkos unless you are getting Crosby+ or Malkin+ coming back.

I don't like the deal either - OV is a question mark at this point, while I don't ever see Stamkos dropping off the way OV has.

Why do you have to deal Stammer? He's one guy worth holding onto, even more than Sid IMO because of his (SC's) injury risk. If you really feel the need to move Stamkos (which baffles me), you can get a better return than that (but I doubt you will ever get true value).

I only like Ovechkin and Shattenkirk in that trade offer, and those two guys I wouldn't trade for Stamkos. It's better to have a safe superstar than a big question mark like Ovechkin is right now.

To clarify, this off season we are only allowed to keep ONE. So i'll be choosing between SC87 or SS91.

The only reason why im open to dealing either right now is for a package to help me repeat this season.

I guess my safest option is to ride it out with the team i have and deal one of them for picks this off season.
