For this year (win now mode), give me Souray. If a multicat, I think he's the better option. If it's points only, I think it's a bit closer but at least I know what Souray's role is, and will be, if he remains healthy. Plus, he has the better supporting cast.

As long as Souray is healthy I would go for him over Franson. Just remember that with Gunnarsson now back, plus the eventual return of Gardiner, Franson's time will decrease.
