I was offered my Gaborik for his Seguin. I, like many others, had much higher hopes for Seguin this season. Gaborik has 7 goals compared to Seguin's 3. Gaborik has more shots on goal. However, Seguin's +/- is much better than Gaborik and Seguin has 1 more power play point. What's your thoughts?

I think this depends on if youre going for the title this season or not? I have no doubt Seguin will comeback from his mini slump but I think Gaborik will outscore him this and next season IF he can stay healthy and that is a pretty big if.

if its for the league in your sig he isnt cracking your keepers you are better off staying with gaborik

Am I reading this correctly? It's a keeper league where you only get to keep 1 forward, I defenseman and 1 goalie?

If that's the case then I would keep Gabby and hope he stays healthy.

Are you are planning to make Seguin your keeper forward? Which I highly doubt but if you are then do the deal.

Otherwise, stand pat my friend. Your league set-up does not make this a beneficial trade for you.

I agree with this.
If neither is a keeper option stick with Gaborik. Just keep in mind there's risk/reward when it comes to Gaborik.

I agree with what has been said. Seguin's value to me would be greater than Gaborik if they both had keeper implications, but neither player is going to beat out Tavares for your lone forward keeper spot. So this trade becomes a one year only type of deal, and for just this year I would rather gamble on Gaborik. Keep Gaborik, and if he goes the season without injury I expect him to finish above Seguin.
