He will be finishing up his 4th and final season with U. of North Dakota in a couple months here. He has 18G, 21A for 39pts in just 28 games, and on pace for his best offensive season to date.
Will he step into the lineup with the Canadiens or do you think he will finish the year with Hamilton (AHL)? What kind of potential does this kid have? |

I'm sure he will get a game or two but its never easy jumping from college to the pros. He's certainly a prospect to keep your eyes on though.

They have depth up front right now so I think he is an injury call-up at best until they move a few contracts. If Gallagher and Galchenyuk were not on the team then his chances would be far better.

Potential: 2nd line upside but could find himself a 2nd/3rd line tweener. Really tough to project points until we've seen him play in the AHL/NHL but I'd be happy if he turned into a 40-50 point guy. Max upside probably around 60
