Assuming that you start 2 goalies, I don't like this trade for you at all. Neither Varlamov (due to how awful Colorado defense is) or Neuvirth (team and challenge from Holtby) can be trusted fully. So if you want to win this season, you should keep Price.

Agreed. Varlamov is going to be a great goaltender, but until that time its nice to have a security blanket like Price. He's playing unreal on an up and coming team and will eventually be (if not already) a top 5 goalie in the league.
