The way Tokarski has played up to this point being an NHL backup would be a good accomplishment. He has played well in the AHL behind some strong teams but I don't see anything about him that screams future #1 goalie.

I thought the Habs didn't re-sign Desjardins or something

They traded him back in 2010 (I think) and signed him last summer as a UFA.
