May be looking to trade away Sven Baertschi. Not real sure on his value. Looking for some ideas for players to target that are around the same age and talent level.

I swapped him out for Kyle Palmieri, and my league counts hits, blocks etc, so that should make Palmieri slightly preferable but I really like Bartschi a ton in points only leagues. I peg him as a guy with 65-70 point potential (could be as high as 80). Don't be deterred by the scratchings here and there, he's a really solid prospect.

I would recommend keeping Baertschi in keeper leagues.. Not sure why people draft kids and then 10 games in want to get rid of them already??

He's young, has sooo much talent, and will get much better with age.. Just have to take a look at his stats in junior and the AHL..

He'll be a solid 70 point player, maybe get to 80 once or twice he's a very very smart skilled player but I just never saw him as a future superstar when I watched him in Portland. The hype-train went WAYYYY off the rails last summer/fall by some people on this site. Appreciate Sven for what he'll be, a very good 1st line player. Don't expect him to crack 100 points....ever.
