I'm pretty sure that this owner who love the Wings will make me a deal. My Datsyuk + Fleury for his Stamkos or Kane. He is desperate for a goalie, and I am comfortable with Rinne, Price and Fasth on my bench. Dats is not exactly lighting it up. Seems like a good, safe deal for me. Would you rather have Stamkos or Kane (dual eligibility)? Both are on fire.

Kaner is a career 11 or 12% shooter, hitting at a 26.7% clip this year. Can you say impending regression?

Stamkos is a career 17% shooter, hitting at 20% this year. Which, crazily enough, isn't even that high, considering Stamkos' (relatively) low career number is largely thanks to his rookie season.

Kane is on fire. Stamkos is just insanely good.

I took Stamkos 2nd overall this year, and unless my 2 goalies were Biron and DiPietro, I would honestly laugh at that offer.

Datsyuk and Fleury to get you Stamkos? Very easy accept.

Not quite Biron and DiPietro, but all he has is Holtby and Anderson. And frankly, I don't see Anderson keeping up his decent start. The guy is in trouble. And he's a DET homer, which is really good for me! I made the proposal for Stamkos and we will see what happens. Will let you know.
