I would go with Elias, he's the player that stirs the pot in New Jersey. Just posted a 78 points effort last season and doing great again this year. Jagr and Mcdonald are more injury prone and I think you'll see their numbers regress a little bit.
When I have a choice with players that are apparently equal, I prefer to go with the one that provides offense by himself. Not to say that Jagr and McDonald don't, but Elias is more of a centrepiece in NJ and has proven he can put up points with second tier guys (Clarkson, Henrique, Zajac). And when Kovalchuk wakes up on the PP, Elias will benefit even more.

I like Jagr, but its really 1a/1b with Elias. You could go either way.
