I don't mind the deal, but I'm not sure it makes a ton of sense for you. Moulson will probably score more points than Kane this season, but with all of those peripherals counting I think Kane is the better value.

You have a tremendous D corps it's just under-performing right now...Weber/Keith so I understand the allure of Letang. I'm just not sure your G situation can risk the loss of Luongo. Rask should be gold, but Fleury is not great value in a league with peripheral G cats. Luongo is pistol-hot and his overall #s should maintain even if he's traded.

I guess even if I conceded Moulson and Kane were even [and I'm not convinced they are], I think this hurts your G more than it helps you on D.
