Oil Change
Anyone watch the latest Oil Change show last night, great as always if your an Oil fanatic like me.
Was wondering if anyone caught who Tambo was talking about to KLowe in his office about not wanting "him" around our kids..... I think they were talking about a free-agent but not sure..... I'll have to go back to the PVR and take another look.... thought they might have meant Eager but then he signed him so not likely. Any insights??

Makes sense probably was, it was filmed in the summer leading up to the first game this year, it was on July 1 they were talking and I think that was when the bought out Souray....good call.... Ive already forgot about that mess!!!

It wasn't souray as he specifically said I've heard bad things from a lot of people as opposed to having first hand experience with it.
I wasn't a big fan of the first episode - they rushed through everything. Didn't explain the decision to take rnh, didn't talk about other fa's they were considering, etc.

Whenever I see "Oil change" it makes me think of Blue Mountain State and I cringe.
One of only two episodes that I've seen from that show. Anyways back to your conversation lol

im going have to watch it tonight after the game. i hope they do the same things they did in the first season. i really enjoyed seeing the team after wins/mainly losses. that sucks though if they kinda rushed the first episode because last year that was by far my favorite. it was so interesting seeing the planning that goes into the draft and also the free agency frenzy period.

just finished watching it, thanks again for the reminder bizz.
ya i dont think Tambi and Klowe were talking about souray in that segment. it had to be a free agent because of the timing and the way things were said. I do wish we would of had more insight into who the oilers were targeting at 25, but i guess i realize that they cant give us everything on a silver platter. seeing that Nuge goal sent me the shivers once again. I get the same feeling every time i watch the highlight of Eberle's first goal. I thought it was weird seeing Eb's and Hallsy introduce themselves to Gretzky like he didnt know who they were. I know its a respect thing, it just kind of made me laugh

Anyone know if this is airing anywhere in the US? NHL Network showed last season's episodes during the summer, but was wondering if anywhere shows eps concurrent with the Canadian broadcasts.
