Another bad start for Ovechkin. Is it time to be thowing out an offer, or is Ovie really starting to settle into a new level of "averageness"?

The Ovie owner in our points only keeper league (signature) is a huge Stars fan, and might be a little excited by the Benn signing.

1. Do I throw him an offer of Benn++ for Ovie?
2. What should the "++" be?
3. Or is should I just stay away from Ovie?

In my opinion, even as a Capitals fan, I would not go after Ovy. Really like your team, sick with it.

Taking a risk on Ovechkin is for teams that need to take a risk.
For teams that aren't really strong enough to win their championships... unless Ovechkin suddenly pops back to 100pt form.

Solidly built teams should not be trading FOR Ovechkin.
I'd keep your team, it is so strong, you just want a steady performer like Benn.

As a Caps fan id say keep what you have. Ovechkin looks so disinterested right now it makes me sad.

It so hurts... Today the Ovie owner casually floated the idea of a Ovie for Benn swap. I have been chasing Ovie since early last season. Now his performance is so pathetic, that he is hurting Backstrom for me and I dont think I'd do the trade.
