Lupul, who is still wearing a cast on his injured right forearm, is working out and hopes to return to the ice in a couple of weeks, the Globe and Mail reports.
Spin: Lupul was placed on injured reserve Jan. 24 and was ruled out for at least six weeks, so it could take nearly an entire month before he returns to game action. His participation in workouts is encouraging, and he could be set to have his cast removed as early as next week.

News: Lupul (forearm) skated before the Leafs' practice Sunday, Mark Masters of TSN.ca reports. (Sun Mar 3)

Spin: It has been nearly six weeks since Lupul suffered his broken forearm. His timetable to return was six-to-eight weeks, so he could be returning sooner rather than later. The team will update his status after Sunday's practice.

Lupul (arm) had a scan on his broken arm and the bone is not healed to the point where he can return to full practice, reports David Alter of Sportsnet590.

Spin: He skated with the Leafs on Sunday morning, but didn't last long. He's still a long way from a return.

I'm assuming Lupul will be in the line up tomorrow as the leafs just traded Steckel today to make room for him. Traded him for Ryan Lasch possibly to replace Deschamps on the Marlies who they also just traded.
