I've watched all three this weekend, and the guy that impressed me most is Hodgson. It's early, but Schenn has been slotted next to Giroux instead of Voracek. Silfverberg still has some adjustments to make, but didnt look out of place with Spezza.
Hodgson Silfverberg would be my choice. |

I'll only add what I know from what I saw today....Cody Hodgson, even though he only had the 1 point was super strong all day. If he sticks with that line......I think he's the real deal. Ruff even had him taking draws in his own zone with the game on the line...shows quite a bit of confidence.
Voracek is the real deal too, and definitely ahead of the Silver Surfer in terms of development.

I woud go whit Voracek he will be back with Giroux when Briere is back, Voracek is the better player right now over Hodson and Silverberg...

did people miss the whole "which 2 are the better long term options?".
Seems like most answers are based on expectations for this year.

Voracek and Hodgson for me. People forget that Hodgson was a top prospect for a a few years and then had health issues before getting out of Vancouver. I have seen many "silfverberg" like players come and go, and see the same amount (if not more) upsdie with both Voracek and Hodgson.
2 games after such a long layoff really tells you nothing about the long-term potential of a player... go with what you know.

1. Voracek
2. Silfverberg 3. Hodgson I just don't see Hodgson sticking on the top line, I feel Ennis and Vanek would be unreal together and L.Ruff will see that soon enough.. Silfverberg looks real sharp, I have only heard good things about this kid. Spezza raves about this youngster.. Voracek, what can I say, I have loved this kid since he was in junior. He just needs to grab that spot beside Giroux..
