Hey Guys, I thought i read somewhere this week that Trouba was going to be joining the Jets. I picked him up for an injured player and if he's going to be playing i'd like to activate him. Can anyone confirm that he is in fact coming to the big club?

He's likely with the club today, as he flew in yesterday.
No word on when he'll play, and they've been careful to not put any expectations on him at all, so there's technically no guarantee that he will play.
Most popular opinion is that he will get some games in, but there is no word on when that might be. The Jets have some extra days off next week, so they might like to give him some quality practice time then before he sees any action.

Trouba I have in both leagues, (possibly on hype??) But I have to question his impact, largely based on sitation.

He's stuck behind Byfuglien, Enstrom, Bogosian. Postma is also in the mix too.

Why doesn't Winnipeg trade Bogosian to Edmonton for Paajarvi and a 3rd rounder? Ugh.

I honestly don't think there has been much hype on Trouba.. I think he played amazing at the world juniors, scoring 9 points in 7 games, and deserves a little hype..

Bogosian for MPS would be horrible for the Jets..

Enstrom is soft and I believe he will be the guy traded when the Jets start making trades.. Just my opinion, I think Bogosian is the next Jets captain after Ladd's time is up(which might not be for awhile)..

Trouba is an absolute stud imo... If they were to move Bogosian for MPS they should fire there G.M immediately, even though he has done an awesome job building this team. But it would mean that he has fallen into the hands of the mistress called CRACK and there is little chance for escape. Hope that was a joke?
