The Sedin side is the clear-cut winner but it will leave you too thin on goalies so I wouldn't recommend the trade unless you can land a goalie elsewhere. I would take a loss on a deal for a goalie though as you more than make up for it by landing Sedin.

D. Sedin is fantasy elite at LW, I would make the trade. Your goalies aren't great but in a 19 team league, they should be able to suffice, especially with the added firepower of D. Sedin.
