Drafted my money league team last night. 10 Teams. One-year H2H.
Categories: G,A,+/-, PIM, PPP, SOG -- W, GAA, SV, SV%, SHO.
Had the fifth pick in the draft. Here's how it went:
1. Giroux - C, RW (5)
2. Rask - G (16)
3. Sharp - C, RW(25)
4. Hartnell - LW (36)
5. Marleau - C, LW (45)
6. Byfuglien - D (56)
7. Price - G (65)
8. Vanek - LW (76)
9. Pavelski - C, RW (85)
10. Ennis - C, LW (96)
11. Streit - D (105)
12. Clowe - LW, RW (116)
13. Krejci - C (125)
14. Stastny - C (136)
15. Elliot - G (145)
16. Koivu - C (156)
17. R Whitney - D (165)
18. Goligoski - D (176)
19. Dubnyk - G (185)
I've got a buttload of centers. Always end up with that but I can move some for some wingers eventually. I liked Koivu's value in Rd. 16 too much to pass him up.
I might have gotten a steal with Goligoski so late, so we'll see how that turns it.
I'm not expecting Elliott to reproduce his 2011-12 numbers, but with all the back-to-backs this season he should get enough PT to make him a serviceable 3G.
Overall I'm happy with my team. Not ecstatic to have a cluster of Sharks forwards but they'll do.
What do you guys think? Rep will be given!
