You won't want to hear this, but I think this will be a bottom 3 team.
There is a serious lack of scoring here.
Forward strength is fairly weak for a 12-team league, goalies are OK (obviously anchored by Rinne), defense are OK but will be big on the MINUS.

I'd be surprised if this team finishes top half of the league.

The depth is there but there is a major lack of top-end firepower. This has to be addressed for you to take the next step.
